Adults and children aged one and above who are seeking a gentle, effective iron supplement without the common side effects. Iconic Iron is particularly helpful for those most at risk of deficiency – including menstruating, perimenopausal or pregnant women, vegetarian and vegan eaters, individuals with low dietary iron intake, and athletes or those who train intensely and lose more iron through exercise.

How to take
Take Iconic Iron with or without food, at least 30 minutes away from tea and coffee or calcium-rich foods. There’s no need to pair it with vitamin C as ferritin iron does not require this for absorption. We included it in the formula, though, for its general health-supportive and antioxidant qualities.

Menstruating females: 1-2 capsules daily 

During pregnancy: 2-3 capsules daily 

Post-menopausal females: 1 capsule daily

Men: 1 capsule daily

Adult athletes: 1-2 capsules daily

Teenagers:1-2 capsules daily 

Children (ages 1–13): 1 capsule daily

Duration
Best taken consistently for a minimum of 8-12 weeks to restore depleted levels. If iron deficiency anaemia (the most severe form of iron deficiency) is present, three to six months of supplementation may be necessary to recover iron status, followed by an ongoing maintenance dose. Can be used long-term to maintain optimal iron status. If supplementing due to deficiency, follow with testing as advised by your health professional.
