At Woven for Wellness, we do our best to get your wellness essentials to you with care, speed, and clarity - so they can support you as soon as possible.
Shipping Within New Zealand

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 NZD on all urban orders, and $14 for rural delivery

All parcels are sent via trusted, tracked courier services.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times

Urban areas: Usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Rural delivery: May take a little longer – please allow an extra 1-2 days.
Order Processing

Orders are packed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it.
Important Notes
- Please double-check your address at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

At this time, we ship within New Zealand only.

We hope you love what you’ve chosen, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We offer exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases, as long as:

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

You provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we’re happy to support you in finding something else that’s a better fit.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on:

Opened or used wellness or skincare products

Eye pillows, wraps, or personal care items that have been removed from packaging

Perishable or ingestible items (e.g. herbal products or supplements)
Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out if you’d like support before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t as expected, please email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
How to Return an Item

Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll be in touch to confirm your exchange or store credit.
In-Store Returns
If you purchased in person at our Nelson store, you’re welcome to return your item directly in store under the same conditions.
