How to take
For best results, take one capsule three times per day with food. Duration
It takes 100 days for a follicle (which contains the immature egg cell your body produces as part of ovulation each month) to ripen. Key ingredients, Paeonia and Licorice, work synergistically to foster cyclic ovulation which results in a wonderful surge in progesterone, one of the body’s most powerful anti-anxiety agents.
