Description
Hojicha (焙じ茶) meaning ‘roasted tea’, is a green tea although not green in colour. Unlike common green tea, the leaves of Hojicha are roasted, turning them a rich brown and creating a unique character with earthy undertones with a naturally sweet caramel aroma.
- Made with perfectly roasted sencha green tea leaves, grown in Kagoshima prefecture on Kyushu Island, Japan
- Easily dissolves to create rich and creamy lattes and tea infused desserts – enjoy the distinct notes of cocoa and caramel.
