Best times to use:

To start replenished

• Day before a race: Sip one sachet in 500-750mL
• 45-90mins prior to race start or intense exercise training sessions: Sip one sachet in 500mL

To stay replenished

• During/post exercise for heavy sweaters; salty sweaters. (for light/moderate sweaters try our HYDEE Everyday Electrolytes)
• During/post saunas.
• Activity/working in hot climates.
• Post endurance races to quickly replace lost salts.

Add one sachet to 500-750mL of cold water.

Give it a good shake/stir, if you notice some settle to the bottom when it has sat for a while just give it a shake before you sip.
