HYDEE Everyday Electrolytes
are intentionally designed for mildly sweaty sessions, non salty sweaters & supporting optimum everyday activity.

Best times to use:

• First thing in the morning
• 30-60mins prior to or during moderate exercise, training sessions & racing
• At sports days
• When travelling
• As an afternoon pick me up

For high intensity sessions, heavy sweaters, hot climates and where salts needs are higher, try HYDEE Ultra Electrolytes.

Add one sachet to 500-750mL of cold water.

Give it a good shake/stir, if you notice some settle to the bottom when it has sat for a while just give it a shake before you sip.

Best enjoyed ice cold.
