Description
Poems for becoming who you are and releasing who you are not
Home is a book of poetry for those on a journey to reclaim their true selves.
77 poems, 77 paths home
Home contains 77 poems to support you in healing the past and stepping forward to claim who you truly are. There are poems here to help you let go of the past, forgive, and rest. There are poems to support you to speak your truth, see who you really are, claim your power, and embrace joy.
This is a collection to help you remember what you intuitively know, and to connect to your spiritual self.
From the introduction
“If you are on a healing journey, I invite you to take time to be with memories that arise. Don’t push them away. Make room for tears. Learn how the body helps us heal, and how our hearts recover. Seek out people who can listen compassionately. Work with a counsellor, therapist or mentor if that is available to you. Most importantly, give yourself lots of compassion, spend time in nature, and rest. Whether you are tending to the past or stepping toward what calls you, remember your constant centre. Remember, always, you are home.”
