Nourish is a sweetly soothing tea that blends the natural sweetness of licorice with a subtle hint of manuka’s bitterness to create a perfectly balanced flavour.

A great natural treat, it satisfies without spiking blood sugar.

This rich, full-bodied blend is both calming and supportive, acting as an adrenal and liver tonic, while also helping to balance blood sugar and warm the body.

Your ritual

One serve of Nourish is *1.5g per 500ml of water

HOT : *1 metric teaspoon of tea per 500mls of water at 90˚C / Infuse for a minimum of 3 minutes or until cool enough to drink / Enjoy 1-3 refills by filling your vessel up again with hot water up to 3 times or until the flavour is gone. The longer you infuse your tea the more therapeutic it will be.

ICED : 2 metric teaspoons of tea per 500mls at 90˚C / Infuse until cool, strain, bottle, and keep in fridge for up to 72hrs / Serve 1 part tea : 2 parts still/sparkling water, over ice.

FRESH GARNISH : Add fresh ginger.
