How to take
Always read the label and use as directed. Mineral supplements should not replace a nutritious way of eating.

For best results, take one capsule once per day just before bed, ideally away from food and other supplements (particularly iron). Children aged 4-8 years may take ½ capsule per day and children aged 9-13 years may take ½ or 1 capsule per day. Teenagers 14 years and above may take the adult dose of 1 capsule per day.

Duration
